Request a fire inspection

Commercial projects encompass those construction projects involving commercial structures, such as office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, banks and community centers. Multi-family residential structures like apartment buildings are also commercials structures.

Commercial projects typically include modifications to, or construction of new, structures other than single-family dwellings, and their related electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and/or fire protection systems. Commercial projects also encompass Occupancy Permits for spaces where no interior modification is necessary.
