More than 600 surveys were sent to the College Gardens and Plymouth Woods neighborhoods earlier this year, asking residents to rank in order of their priority 18 potential amenities that might be part of the College Gardens Park. The City received an excellent response as 214 were returned. Residents were asked to rank the 18 park amenities by scoring 1 for their top choice, 2 for their second, and so on.
