Evans Street - Sewer

Purpose: This project funds the upgrade of approximately 250 feet of 4-inch sanitary sewer (orangeburg) pipe. The 4-inch pipe traverses through residential lots and serves four lots. Due to the age and condition of the pipe, regular maintenance is required to relieve blockages. Easements will be required from approximately four property owners to construct the new sewer.

First Appeared in Rockville's Capital Improvement Program: Fiscal Year 2005.
