Join a City of Rockville E-mail List
The City of Rockville offers an e-mail service that allows you to receive information on topics of interest to you. The messages, ranging from news releases to City newsletters to public meeting agendas and project updates, can be sent directly to you. Check the list below for descriptions of the various news you can receive. Then simply enter your e-mail and select the e-mails you would like to begin receiving.

This Week in Rockville
The City Events e-newsletter is sent every Thursday, with listings and links to events sponsored by the City of Rockville.
Agendas
Receive notices of Planning Commission, Board of Appeals, and Historic District Commission meeting agendas automatically.
APFO Committee
Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO) Committee - receive meeting notices and updates on the Committee's work, which is to review and make recommendations to the Planning Commission on any potential changes to the City's APFO. The APFO ensures that new development does not overburden public facilities such as schools, transportation, sewer and water service and fire and emergency service.
Building Code Updates
The City's building codes have been revised, and amendments have made the new code "greener."
Comprehensive Master Plan
Receive information on the Comprehensive Master Plan.
Inspection Services: Construction Permitting and Licensing
Receive information about construction related permitting, licensing and inspection services requirements, policies and procedures. This information may be of particular interest to contractors, trade workers and other professionals who work on residential and commercial buildings. Includes information relevant to fire protection contractors.
Neighborhood Network Listserv
Receive e-mail updates and a regular newsletter focused on Rockville's neighborhood news, events and information from the Neighborhood Resources Division.
Rockville Arts
Receive announcements regarding free art exhibits and musical performances at Glenview Mansion, concerts at F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and new art installations throughout the City.

Rockville Reports
Receive an electronic version of Rockville Reports, the City's newsletter for residents, 10 times per year.
Seniors
The newsletter features events and programs specifically for seniors, as well as links to the City’s Senior Center website, upcoming performances at the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and other Rockville news.
Sports
Participants and supporters of all Rockville athletic teams can now sign up to receive an e-mail if a game has been canceled due to weather conditions or other factors.
