Participants will spend time outdoors, so please dress for the weather! Slimy Salamanders There are about 500 species of salamanders worldwide. Join us at the Nature Center to learn more about some salamander species that call Maryland home through a storiy, hands-on activity and a craft.
Buzzing Bees Honeybees are our most important pollinators and pollinate about 80 percent of plants. Buzz on down to the Nature Center to learn more about these interesting creatures through a story, hands-on activity and craft.

Interested in exploring the natural world? Join the Junior Naturalists Club at Croydon Creek! Each month we will investigate new topics and learn the skills to become true naturalists. Participants who complete all nine courses will earn an official Junior Naturalist T-shirt. Dress for the weather, as time will be spent outdoors. Mini Bio-blitz
Watersheds We will define the function and importance of watershed sin our world and take a look at how Croydon Creek fits into the overall Chesapeake Bay watershed.
