E-Billing Option for Utility Bills
The City of Rockville now offers customers the ability to receive their utility bills by e-mail (pdf version only) rather than by mail. This option is available to provide customers with more choices and to help reduce paper waste. Bills will still be mailed to customers who choose not to sign up for the e-mail service. Customers can continue to pay their bills online or by mail. After signing up for this service, you should receive a confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the utility billing department at 240-314-8420 or utilitybilling@rockvillemd.gov.
