The City of Rockville accepts EBT cards at the Saturday Farmers Market.  The City of Rockville will match up to $10 of EBT benefits in $1 Market tokens.

EBT card users can use their card to buy $1 tokens, and get up to $10 matching tokens to buy fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, dairy and bread directly from farmers and vendors at the market. This is part of the Eat Fresh Maryland program to expand access to fresh fruits and vegetables at farmers markets.

While shopping, ask the farmers for cooking tips, easy recipes and how the food is grown. Bring a bag with you to carry your items home.

Three Easy Steps

Use your EBT card to buy $1 tokens.
