| Hard Times Café is pleased to be holding the Maryland State Championship Chili Cook-off in Rockville Town Center during the Rockville Music Festival. Up to 75 champion chili cooks will compete in mutiple categories for prizes. From 1 p.m. until 4 p.m., stop by the booths of up to 75 chili cooks for a taste of their creations. | | TRANSPORTATION & PARKING | Bus or Metro Take Metrobus or Metrorail to the Rockville Music Festival! It’s easy to get to the festival by taking the Metro’s Red Line to the Rockville station. Exit on the Rockville Pike side of the station, and follow the sounds of music across the street. Bike There is bicycle parking available at several locations along East Montgomery Avenue and Maryland Avenue. Bring a lock and always wear a helmet.
Parking If you prefer to drive, parking is available in many places in and around Town Center. All three of the new public parking garages in Rockville’s new Town Square are now open, providing almost a thousand parking spaces. Directions - Rockville Music Festival is located in Town Center in the heart of Rockville, MD.
- From I-270, take either exit 5 or exit 6 and head east into Rockville. Follow signs for parking.
- From Route 355/Rockville Pike, going north into Rockville, turn left onto Route 28 and follow signs for parking.
- From up-county using Route 355/Rockville Pike, drive south into Rockville, turn right onto Route 28 and follow signs for parking.
