- Appeals Application APP2003-00820, Igor Bukstein – an appeal against a stop work order to build an accessory garage at 306 Mannakee Street.
- Variance Application APP2003-00821, John Miller – for a variance for a rear addition to an existing home for a morning room at 2603 Northrup Drive.
- Special Exception Application SPX2004-00338, Spyros A & SS Rozakis – for an existing accessory apartment within the existing structure that is located on the lower level with living and kitchen areas, which includes a stove at 823 Fordham Street.
