A. Variance Application APP2003-00819, Byron and Kathryn Marshall

The applicant seeks a variance to construct a six-foot tall fence in the front yard instead of a maximum of 42 inches as permitted.  The property is located at 402 Linthicum Street.

B. Variance Application APP2003-00820, Igor Bukstein

The applicant seeks a one hundred seventy square foot variance from the maximum of six hundred square foot size limitation for an accessory building at 306 Mannakee Street.

C. Variance Application APP2003-00821, Raoul Lissabet for John Miller and Elizabeth Wade

The applicant seeks a three foot four and one half inch variance from the rear yard setback to construct a house addition.

The following applications were filed, tentatively, for April 3, 2004:

1. Special Exception Application SPX2004-00338, Spyros A & SS Rozakis – for an existing accessory apartment within the existing structure that is located on the lower level with living and kitchen areas, which includes a stove at 823 Fordham Street.

2. Variance Application APP2004-00822, Paul Dyer, 12 Scandia Way – for a sunroom addition.

NOTICE: The Thursday evening following each regular Saturday Board of Appeals meeting is reserved for continued meetings.  The Board's policy is to end regular meetings no later than 4:00 p.m.  Agenda items unable to be heard by that time wioll be rescheduled to the afore noted hearing date.

Maryland law and the Board of Appeals' Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record) communication require all discussion, review, and consideration of this matter take place only during the Board's consideration of the item at a scheduled meeting. Telephone calls and meetings with Board members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Board.
