 B. Variance Application APP2006-00856, Orteck International – for a variance from the height limit restriction applicatble to “parapet walls” that exceed six feet in height, as measured from the finished roof elevation.  The applicant plans to construct a parapet wall atop the existing roof elevation of the subject building located at 706 Rockville Pike.
