A. Time Extension:  Variance Application APP2005-00846, Anne B. Cobb – for a time extension for a variance from the side yard setback requirement for a twenty-six by ten foot addition at 503 New Mark Esplanade.

B. Variance Application APP2006-00868, Leland and Theresa Tankersley – for a two-foot variance from the rear yard setback in order to retain an existing uncovered deck at 1713 Pasture Brook Way.

C. Request for Rehearing: Variance Application APP2006-00864, Irina and Stan Pustylnik – a variance from the front yard setback to place a covered front porch at 310 Currier Drive.

D. Special Exception SPX2006-00366, Sovereign Bank – for conversion of restaurant space to a drive-through bank branch in the I-3 Zone at the Red Roof Inn, 16001 Shady Grove Road.

NOTICE: The Thursday evening following each regular Saturday Board of Appeals meeting is reserved for continued meetings.  The Board's policy is to end regular meetings no later than 4:00 p.m.  Agenda items unable to be heard by that time will be rescheduled to the afore noted hearing date.

Maryland law and the Board of Appeals' Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record) communication require all discussion, review, and consideration of this matter take place only during the Board's consideration of the item at a scheduled meeting. Telephone calls and meetings with Board members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Board.
