A.    Zoning Variance VAR2010-00009, New Mark Commons – a request to replace a six (6) foot tall fence located in a front yard, which would exceeds the four (4) height limit for a fence located in a front yard of a property located with a residential zone.

A.    Special Exception SPX2010-00380, C.C.B. School – a request that the Board of Appeals reconsider and/or rehear matters associated with its approval of the special exception allowing the establishment of a private education institution on the basement level of the church located at 800 Hurley Avenue.  The Board heard the special exception request on December 5, 2009 and adopted the decision of approval on February 2, 2010.

NOTICE: The Thursday evening following each regular Saturday Board of Appeals meeting is reserved for continued meetings.  The Board's policy is to end regular meetings no later than 4:00 p.m.  Agenda items unable to be heard by that time will be rescheduled to the afore noted hearing date.
