A.    Special Exception SPX2002-00312, Sonic Automotive Inc. for a show cause hearing and determination as to whether the applicant is in compliance with the site’s conditions of approval related to the approved Forest Conservation Plan (FCP).

A.    Special Exception SPX2010-00380, C.C.B. School – a request that the Board of Appeals reconsider and/or rehear matters associated with its approval of the special exception allowing the establishment of a private education institution on the basement level of the church located at 800 Hurley Avenue.  The Board heard the special exception request on December 5, 2009 and adopted the decision of approval on February 2, 2010.

NOTICE: The Thursday evening following each regular Saturday Board of Appeals meeting is reserved for continued meetings.  The Board's policy is to end regular meetings no later than 4:00 p.m.  Agenda items unable to be heard by that time will be rescheduled to the afore noted hearing date.

Maryland law and the Board of Appeals' Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record) communication require all discussion, review, and consideration of this matter take place only during the Board's consideration of the item at a scheduled meeting. Telephone calls and meetings with Board members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Board.
