| Exhibits 1-4 for a modification to a condition of approval imposed by the Board’s grant of Variance application APP2006-00863, allowing construction of a 50-foot tall bell tower in the front yard of St. Elizabeth Church and School in the R-75 Zone at 917 – 919 Montrose Road.  The request is to modify approved condition #4 related to operation of the bell tower to incorporate a bell ringing schedule.

  1. Variance Application VAR2010-00012, St. Elizabeth’s Church – for a request for a modification of Condition 4 of the Board of Appeals notice of decision dated 11-1-2006 for the Variance application APP2006-00863 at 917 Montrose Road.
     
  2. Variance Application VAR2010-00013, Peter Sweeney - for an addition onto a single-family residence at 4 Greystone Court.
      
  3. Variance Application VAR2010-00014, Edward Feinberg - for a variance for a 20x 12 foot wide three-season porch and side deck 12 x 10 feet wide onto the back of the house at 1200 Halesworth Drive.
      
  4. Variance Application VAR2010-00015, Franklin Kahn – for a waiver is requested seeking relief from the height limit referenced in Section 25.09.08 b.3 of the Zoning Ordinance for installing a UHF antenna on the existing rooftop mounted tower at 51 Monroe Street. 
Maryland law and the Board of Appeals' Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record) communication require all discussion, review, and consideration of this matter take place only during the Board's consideration of the item at a scheduled meeting. Telephone calls and meetings with Board members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Board.
