Re:  Old Business

  • Lynn Willis will attend a meeting of the Board of Directors of Peerless Rockville and discuss ideas for a historical art-based project.

  • The Cultural Arts Commission is very interested and very supportive of resurrecting the Artist in Residence program.  This visual arts program traded off use of studio space on the third floor of the Glenview Mansion (Attic) for community services by the artist; such as, a teen mural program, a community art project and instruction of art class or workshop.  Betty Wisda will report the support and interest of the Cultural Arts Commission at the Arts/Civic Center Staff Meeting on May 18.  John Moser will report the support and interest of the Cultural Arts Commission at the Mansion Subcommittee Meeting on August 3.
