Request for construction of new 2-1/2 story, 30 foot by 50 foot single family Victorian revival style residence, parking pad, and detached two-car garage on part of 1821 National Register property at 307 Great Falls Road.

B.     HDC98-0124  Applicant: Tom and Andy Dickerson

R-90 Zone Built: 1920

Request removal and replacement of slate roofing; installation of vinyl siding, soffits, and trim over wood siding, soffits, and trim on 1984-90 and previous additions to the main block of the house.

Request installation of a 42" wood picket fence connecting the house and existing fence on east and west to enclose the rear yard.

Request removal of rear enclosed porch, removal and disposal of buried fuel oil tank, and the rebuilding of porch as open rear porch.

Request replacement of deteriorated wood six panel door with steel door of same design and the addition of a small door trim overhang to reduce water damage to door frame.

Amendment to Beall Dawson Master Plan to modify walkway plan along Middle Lane at the rear of the property.
