Continued from July 20, 1999. Public comment is invited. Action: Recommendation to the Mayor and Council on the eligibility of the Thomas Farm for historic designation.

III. COURTESY REVIEWS

  1. Preliminary evaluation of 215 Monroe Street for architectural, historic, or cultural significance

Action: Determine if site meets criteria for further review. Site is not on Master Plan of inventoried historic resources but over 50 years old.

  1. Victoria Phase II construction for impact on Courthouse Square Historic District and National Register listed Allfirst (formerly First National) Bank Building at N. Washington and Courthouse Square.

Action: Comments and suggestions to applicant
