3. EVALUATION OF PARK STREET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL, OR CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE
   Public comment and testimony is invited. The HDC will close the evaluation record on July 1, 2000. After July 1, a staff report will be prepared to summarize community comments and concerns and make a staff recommendation. The HDC will make a recommendation on the significance of the structure and site to the Mayor and Council at the July 18, 2000 meeting.
