I. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

  • January 15, 2001 (Meeting No. 01-2002)

II. EVALUATIONS FOR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE:

A. 706 Rockville Pike (Simmons Building), continued from January 15, 2002. The HDC will review comments and testimony received before the closing of the record on February 1, 2002 and may choose to re-open the record to receive further comments and testimony.

B. 117 S. Van Buren Street The HDC will hear recommendations and testimony on the significance of the site to Rockville. The record will remain open for a specified time to receive further comment and testimony. The HDC will make a recommendation on site significance to the Mayor and Council on March 19, 2002.

Telephone calls and meetings with Commission members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission.
