FOR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE :

The HDC will hear comments and testimony on the significance of
this site to Rockville. The record will remain open for a specified
time to receive further comment and testimony. The HDC will make
a recommendation on site significance to the Mayor and Council on
July 16, 2002.
