FOR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CULTURAL SIGNIFICANCE:
The HDC will hear comments and testimony on the significance of
these sites to Rockville. The record will remain open for a specified
time to receive further comment and testimony.

West Jefferson St.: O-1 expansion and addition to the present
building and parking area. Part of the property is in the South
Washington Street Historic District. Most of the property is not.

Dawson Farm Park: Construction of a park shelter and replacement
