Continued from July 16 and August 20, 2002 for discussion of previous testimony and recommendation of significance to the City of Rockville Mayor and Council. The record on these items has closed but may be reopened by the HDC if requested.

III. APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL

This application will receive a time extension and run concurrent with development review over a period of months.

The HDC adjourns at 10:00 PM unless extended by the Chair.

Telephone calls and meetings with Commission members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission.
