Preliminary review, triggered by demolition application.

V. COURTESY REVIEW

Review of residential designs for Thirty Oaks (Buckingham) development, 522 West Montgomery Avenue. The HDC will have final approval over architectural designs of three houses along W. Montgomery Avenue and will make recommendations to the Planning Commission on the architectural designs of the remaining houses.

Plans for future expansion of Jerusalem United Methodist Church, 17 Wood Lane

4. East Rockville Master Plan Preservation Chapter progress update: Robin Ziek - In progress, no change.

5. Lincoln Park History (in progress with Lincoln Park Partners Project).

6. Plaques in progress:  Dawson Farm, Haiti Cemetery, Hurley-Carter Farmhouse, Historic Sites (no change)

Maryland law and the Historic District Commission's Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record) communications require all discussion, review, and consideration of certain matters take place only during the Commission's consideration of the item at a scheduled meeting.  Telephone calls and meetings with Commission members in advance of the meeting are not permitted.  Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission.

Notice: The HDC now meets on the third Thursday of the month.
