V. COURTESY REVIEW Review of residential designs for Thirty Oaks (Buckingham) development, 522 West Montgomery Avenue. The HDC will have final approval over architectural designs of three houses along W. Montgomery Avenue and will make recommendations to the Planning Commission on the architectural designs of the remaining houses.
