significance to the Mayor and Council. The record closed on September 5, 2003 but may be re-opened by the HDC if requested.
B. 620 N. Horners Lane Preliminary review, triggered by demolition application.
V. COURTESY REVIEW Review of residential designs for Thirty Oaks (Buckingham) development, 522 West Montgomery Avenue. The HDC will have final approval over architectural designs of three houses along W. Montgomery Avenue and will make recommendations to the Planning Commission on the architectural designs of the remaining houses.
VI. DISCUSSION Plans for future expansion of Jerusalem United Methodist Church, 17 Wood Lane
