Site Visit to Cordelia House, former parsonage of Jerusalem Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church,

HDC Chairperson Anita Neal Powell, HDC Commissioners Craig Moloney, Andrea Hartranft, and Jeff
Broadhurst; HDC Staff Robin Ziek and Cindy Kebba; JMPUMC Reverend Jane Wood and JMPUMC
Board of Trustees Chair, Rosetta Jackson.

Members of the Historic District Commission and staff met with Reverend Wood and Board of
Trustees Chair, Rosetta Jackson on Saturday, February 7, 2004 at 2:00 p.m.  The site visit was advertised by postcard to all property owners within ¼-mile of the site.  The purpose of the visit was to allow the commissioners to inspect the building as part of the HDC’s information gathering with regard to Certificate of Approval application HDC2003-00284.  Each commissioner toured the building individually with a staff member.
