Telephone calls and meetings with Commission members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written communication will be directed to appropriate staff members for response and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission. To assure a timely hearing for the full agenda, at the discretion of the Chair, speakers are asked to limit their testimony to the following: 5 minutes for the Applicant; 3 minutes for individuals, and 5 minutes for representatives of groups. The qualifications of the members of the Historic District Commission and staff are available for inspection at City Hall during normal business hours.
