SUBJECT: Waiver Request from Section 25-437 of the Zoning Ordinance
The developer of the subject property located at 30 Southlawn Court seeks a waiver from the afore noted section of the Ordinance, to allow installation of an aboveground electrical transformer in conjunction with the development of the site for the operation of a package distribution center for Airborne Express. The applicant (CMC Group, Inc.) submits the attached materials for the Commissions review and consideration in its request for said waiver.
