Record Plat PLT98-0156 - Approved (5-0) an additional residential lot on 13 Martins Lane.

Record Plat PLT99-0157 and PLT99-0158 - Approved (5-0) the resubdivision of two blocks in King Farm to replace dead-end alleys with through-alleys.

Record Plat PLT99-0159 to 161 - Approved (5-0) the creation of three open space/conservation areas in King Farm, west of Gaither Road.

Use Permit USE98-0592, Approved (4-0-1, Giammo abstaining) the construction of a 93,450 square foot office building on Church Street by Investment Properties

Use Permit USE98-0591, Continued the consideration of the Montgomery Avnue Womens Shelter at 100 West Montgomery Avenue until a later meeting. The continuance was to allow legal staff to research whether the Planning Commission may deny a special exception use that was approved by the Board of Appeals.
