1. Approved (6-0) a detailed application (CPD98-001F) for a 276,000 s.f. office building at the northwest corner of Tower Oaks Blvd and Wootton Parkway. Also denied (5-0-1) the request to locate the transformer above ground on the same site.

2. Deferred action, at the applicant's request, on record plat PLT99-0062 - King Farm Blvd and transitway easement.

3. Approved (6-0) the comprehensive planned development (detailed) CPD99-002S (King Farm) for 27 dwelling units south of Redland Road and Crooked Creek Drive.

4. Approved (6-0) the comprehensive planned development (detailed) CPD99-002T (King Farm) for 281 dwelling units south of Redland Road and west of Frederick Road.

5. Approved (5-1) the comprehensive planned development (detailed) CPD99-002U (King Farm) - King Farm Village Center - for 122,486 s.f of retail and 200 dwelling units.
