Guidelines for Rose Hill subdivision. (Approved 7-0)
B. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD99-002V, Bozzuto
Homes - For the construction of 137 Dwelling Units east of Gaither Road on the
King Farm site. (Approved 7-0)
C. Comprehensive Planned Development Detailed Application CPD99-002W, Craftstar
- For the construction of 111 dwelling units at Elmcroft Boulevard and Grand
Champion Drive. (Approved 4-3, with Commissioners Meyer, Mullican and Giammo
voting against)
D. Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00168, King Farm Associates - For Watkins Pond,
Lots 17-23 and Parcel EK, Block QQ - resubdivision of seven townhouse lots and
two private open space parcels. (Approved 7-0)
II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS
A. Special Exception Application SPX99-0279, Shannon Allcock - To permit an
automobile filling station at the northwest corner of E. Gude Drive and Southlawn
Lane. (Approved 7-0)
