I. PUBLIC HEARING
Voted (7-0) to continue discussion of Annexation Petition ANX98-0128, Dover
Road LLC - for the annexation of a 1.09 acre parcel of land located on the east
side of Dover Road.
II. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
Recommended approval (7-0) of Street Closing and Abandonment Application SCA99-0078,
King Farm Associates, Inc. - to abandon three small segments of Crooked Creek
Drive at King Farm.
Recommended approval (7-0) of Street Closing and Abandonment Application SCA99-0079,
King Farm Associates, Inc. - to narrow the right of way on a portion of Gaither
Road.
