ACTION
Approved (3-2: Commissioners Giammo, Meyer, and Hilton in favor, Boebel and
Douglas against) Record Plat PLT98-0150, Dr. John Law - to subdivide a 27,535
square foot residential lot into two lots at 100 South Van Buren Street.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS
Recommended Denial of the conversion of the Doctors' Office Building to a residence
for 20 patients and Deferral of the relocation of the existing school to the
Main Building Special Exception SPX99-0280, CPC Health Inc. - 500 West Montgomery
Avenue.
