I. REVIEW AND ACTION
Approved (7-0) Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00176,
Joav Steinback, P.E. - to create one new buildable lot and re-record an existing
lot at 7 Big Oak Court. Approved (6-0-1 with Commissioner Giammo abstaining)
Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00175, Hailey
Development - to record a ten lot residential subdivision that was approved
by PLT96-0059 at the southern terminus of Curtis Place Deferred at the applicant's
request Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00177
and PLT1999-00178, King Farm Associates
- to create two ownership lots of the two King Farm Village Center parcels to
allow separate ownership of the commercial and residential portions of the center.
II. RECOMMENDATION -
BOARD OF APPEALS
Recommended approval (6-1 with Commissioner Mullican against) of the Board of
Appeals of Variance, APP1999-0717, Albino
DoCouto and Auto Centro, Inc. - variances requested from side and rear yard
setback requirement of the I-1 Zone; to construct an indoor automobile dealership
and service repair facility at 7420 Westmore Avenue.
III. REVIEW AND TRANSMITTAL
OF RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL
Recommended approval (6-1 with Commissioner Giammo against) to the Mayor and
Council of Comprehensive Planned Development Concept Plan, CPD1999-0004,
Fallsgrove Development - to allow the development of the 256 acre property with
a mixed-use development containing a total of 1,650-1,800 dwelling units (275-300
single-family detached, 360-380 single family attached, 100-120 stacked townhouses,
and 915-1,000 multi-family dwelling units), 425,000 square feet (s.f.) of Office,
425,000 s.f. of Research and Development, 120,000-150,000 s.f. of Retail, Elementary
School Site, and a Recreation Center Site.
