I. REVIEW AND ACTION
Approved (7-0) Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00180, Habitat for Humanity for Montgomery
County - recordation of an existing single-family lot.
II. WORKSESSION
Discussed Text Amendment TXT1999-00178,
Fallsgrove Associates - to modify the Comprehensive Planned Development (CPD)
provisions of the Zoning Ordinance to (1) reduce the required percentage of
structured parking, (2) reduce the shopping center parking standard, (3) permit
additional retail uses, (4) increase the maximum size of certain retail uses,
and (5) permit semi-detached one-family dwelling units as moderately priced
dwelling units (MPDU) in a CPD. Planning Commission to make recommendation to
the Mayor and Council on December 8, 1999.
III. NEW BUSINESS
Elected Larry Giammo as the Chairperson for 2000.
