II.                RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS

A. Special Exception SPX99-0278, Raphael, Inc.  - To permit modification of an approved special exception for conversion of office space to residential use and beauty parlor at Raphael House, 1515 Dunster Road.
