    1. Final Record Plat PLT99-0172, Church Street LLC – Request to create a single record lot from four parcels and the abandoned right-of-way of Middle Alley.
    2. Ownership Plat PLT99-0173, Church Street LLC – Request to create two ownership lots on Church Street. The lots will include the Wire Hardware office building and a proposed 93,450 square foot office building at 21 Church Street

  2. RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS
  3. A. Variance Application APP99-0707, Research Grove Associates - A request for variances from parking setbacks and of the height limit to allow construction of a 113,200 square foot office building at 1 Research Court.
