B. Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00175, Hailey Development - to record a ten lot residential subdivision that was approved by PLT96-0059 at the southern terminus of Curtis Place.

II. RECOMMENDATION - BOARD OF APPEALS

A. Variance, APP1999-0717, Albino DoCouto and Auto Centro, Inc. - variances requested from side and rear yard setback requirement of the I-1 Zone; to construct an indoor automobile dealership and service repair facility at 7420 Westmore Avenue.

A. Comprehensive Planned Development Concept Plan, CPD1999-0004, Fallsgrove Development - to allow the development of the 256 acre property with a mixed-use development containing a total of 1,650-1,800 dwelling units (275-300 single-family detached, 360-380 single family attached, 100-120 stacked townhouses, and 915-1,000 multi-family dwelling units), 425,000 square feet (s.f.) of Office, 425,000 s.f. of Research and Development, 120,000-150,000 s.f. of Retail, Elementary School Site, and a Recreation Center Site.
