TO: City of Rockville Planning Commission
FROM: Scott E.
Parker, Planner III

RE: Comprehensive Sign Design for King Farm Development
As part of its Comprehensive Planned Development (CPD) Approval in July of 1996, the developers of King Farm were required to submit a Comprehensive Sign Design package to be approved by the Planning Commission. This approval is to come after a review and comment by the Sign Review Board.
King Farm Associates has submitted the Sign Design Criteria, and the Sign Review Board has reviewed the submittal, and has commented favorably. A memo outlining their comments is attached for your review.
In addition, Staff has reviewed the proposal, and has found it consistent with the goals and objectives of the City as it relates to the desire for appropriate signage at the King Farm.
Attached please find a copy of the Sign Design Criteria as submitted by King Farm Associates for your review.
