I. WORKSESSION
A. Master Plan Review and Update - Discussed Master Plan Review and Update process in preparation for Mayor and Council discussion on January 31st.
II. REVIEW AND ACTION
A. APPROVED (5-0) Time Extension Request, Use Permit, USE1997-0574, Potomac Capital Investment - at 1700 Gaither Road.
B. APPROVED (5-0) Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00185, King Farm - Plat forty-three (street dedication: Pleasant Drive, Lots 3-10 and Parcel CN, Block DD) at Watkins Pond.
C. APPROVED (5-0) Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00186, King Farm - Plat forty-four (Parcel 18 and Lots 1-9, Parcels CO, CP and CQ) at Watkins Pond.
III. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR & COUNCIL
A. Recommended DENIAL to the Mayor and Council of Text Amendment, TXT1999-0176, John J. Delaney - to amend section 25-647 of the Zoning Ordinance to modify height limitation from 17 to 60 feet for parking structures within a Comprehensive Planned Development (CPD), and located between 100 and 220 feet from abutting land outside the CPD boundary that is in a residential zone but not planned for residential use.
B. Deferred, at the request of the applicant, Text Amendment, TXT1999-0180, Fairfield Residential LLC - to amend portions of Article VII, Division 3, Section 25-326 of the Zoning Ordinance, relating to the optional method of development in the O-1 Zone.
