I. RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS
A. Recommended APPROVAL to the Board of Appeals (4-2) Special Exception Application, SPX2000-0284, Shohreh Malekzadeh - a request to establish an accessory apartment on the basement level of the dwelling located in the R-90 zone at 674 College Parkway.
B. Recommended APPROVAL to the Board of Appeals (4-2) Special Exception Application, SPX99-0283, Realty Capital Partners LLC - a request to relocate and construct new office facilities for existing branch bank and its customer drive thru facilities in the O-1 zone at 611 Rockville Pike.
II. REVIEW AND ACTION
A. APPROVED (4-2) Detailed Application, CPD99-002T1, King Farm Associates - a request to amend a portion of Detailed Application CPD99-002T in order to amend the multi-family Manor House buildings and increase the number of MPDU's from 66 to 93, changes are limited to Blocks FF, R and P.
B. APPROVED (6-0) Final Record Plat, PLT2000-00201-PLT2000-00205, King Farm Associates - request to approve 5 record plats to implement the subdivision associated with CPD99-002T1.
