I. RECOMMENDATION TO THE BOARD OF APPEALS
A. Recommended APPROVAL (6-1 Commissioner Douglas against) of Variance Application APP2000-00723, Advanced Telecom - for a variance from the side yard setback at 515 Dover Road.
II. REVIEW AND ACTION
A. APPROVED (7-0) Use Permit USE1999-00603, L and T, L.L.C. - for a carwash at the corner of Chapman and Bou Avenues.
B. DEFERRED (7-0) action on Use Permit USE1999-00598, Asian Food Center - for conversion of 430 Hungerford Drive to a grocery store. This will be continued on April 12 in order to allow analysis of options to modify the access easement on the north side of the property. Additional information on the elevations and traffic impacts also was requested.
C. APPROVED (7-0) Use Permit USE1999-00597, Roadside Development, L.L.C. - for a 12,100 square foot CVS Pharmacy at 1580 Rockville Pike.
