APPROVED (4-0-1) Ownership Plats PLT1999-00177 and PLT1999-00178, King Farm Associates - To create two ownership lots on the two King Farm Village Center parcels to allow separate ownership of the commercial and residential portions of the center to record an existing property into a single record lot.

Recommended (3-2 with Douglas and Giammo against) that the Mayor and Council DENY the portion of the text amendment regarding the size limits on retail establishments and APPROVE design guidelines for retail buildings as described in Text Amendment Application TXT00-00183, Mayor and Council of Rockville - To amend the Zoning Ordinance to limit the size of retail establishments in the RPC and C-2 Zones, and to add design guidelines for retail use proposals containing between 25,000 and 65,000 square feet of gross floor area, and shopping centers. Note: Douglas and Giammo were in favor of size limits and design guidelines.

Held a worksession on the Rockville Metro Station Redevelopment with WMATA staff.
