A. Recommended APPROVAL
(6-0) to the Mayor and Council of Street Closing and Abandonment Application

- for abandonment of a 3,000 square foot portion of an alley located between
707 and 709 North Stonestreet Avenue.
B. APPROVED (6-0) Amendment to Detailed Application RTH1996-016A1,
Waddington Park Homeowners Association - to remove site furniture from common
area of townhouse community located on the east side of Monroe Street at Waddington
Lane.
C. APPROVED (5-0-1 with Giammo abstaining) Use Permit Application,
USE2000-00608, Potomac Woods Plaza
- application for 4,634 square foot addition, parking lot and site modifications
at 1065 Seven Locks Road.
D. DEFERRED (4-0-2 with Boebel and Meyer abstaining) action on Use
Permit Application USE2000-00607,
Redland Technology Park - for construction of a 500,000 square foot office complex
at 520 Gaither Road.
E. APPROVED (6-0) Use Permit Application, USE2000-00610,
American Dance Institute - for the change in use of an existing building
to a dance school located at 1570 East Jefferson Street.
F. APPROVED (6-0) Final Record Plat Applications PLT2000-00219
and PLT2000-00220 Chuck L. Covell Bozutto - for the resubdivision of
multi-family townhouse lots in Block K King Farm at Baileys Commons.
G. DEFERRED (6-0) Comprehensive
Sign Design Submittal, King Farm Associates - submittal for approval
of a comprehensive sign concept plan for the King Farm Development as required
by CPD95-0002.
