A. APPROVED (5-0)
Comprehensive Sign Design Submittal,
King Farm Associates - submittal for approval of a comprehensive sign concept
plan for the King Farm Development as required by CPD95-0002 (continued from
6/14/00 meeting).
B. APPROVED (4-0-1 with Giammo abstaining) Comprehensive Planned Detailed
Application CPD2000-0002Y, King
Farm Associates - for the approval of 727 units in Phase 2B of King Farm.
Application includes 46 single-family detached units, 409 single-family attached
units, and 272 multi-family units included are 84 moderately priced dwelling
units and all accompanying streets.
C. APPROVED (4-1 with Giammo against) Use Permit Application USE2000-00606,
Plaza 270 Associates - a proposal to construct an office building addition
and parking garage on the subject property located at 1600/1650 Research Boulevard.
D. APPROVED (5-0) Final Record Plat Application PLT2000-00217, Norman Tayler - a request to consolidate Lots 16 and 11 located in the National Capital Research Park and create a single lot of record for the subject properties located at 1600/1650 Research Boulevard and 1441 West Montgomery Avenue (MD Route 28).
E. APPROVED (5-0) Ownership Plat Application PLT2000-00222, Norman Tayler - a request to create two (2) ownership lots, i.e., Lots 17-A and 17-B from the subject property located at 1600/1650 Research Boulevard, which must be created in accordance with Final Record Plat PLT2000-00217
