REVIEW AND ACTION
A. APPROVED (5-0) Final Record Plat Application PLT2000-00229 through 00231, Boston Properties LP - for dedication of the right-of-way for Preserve Parkway within Tower Oaks, including a waiver request from Section 25-748(a) of the Zoning Ordinance.
B. APPROVED (5-0) Final Record Plat Application PLT2000-00224, King Farm Associates - for dedication of additional right-of-way on Piccard Drive and the resubdivision of 2 parcels.
C. APPROVED (3-2 with Giammo and Metzger against) Waiver from Section 25-437 of the Zoning Ordinance, Nextel Communications - for a waiver of the underground utility requirement to place a cellular equipment cabinet above ground at 687 Lofstrand Lane.
D. APPROVED (5-0) Waiver from Section 25-437 of the Zoning Ordinance, A.R. Kronstadt Realty, Investors, Inc. - a waiver request from Section 25-437 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow location of an above ground transformer on the subject property located at 60 Southlawn Court.
E. APPROVED (3-0-2 with Giammo and Metzger abstaining)Waiver from Section 25-437 of the Zoning Ordinance, Norman Taylor Plaza 270 Associates - a waiver request from Section 25-437 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow location of an above ground transformer on the subject property located at 1600/1650 Research Boulevard.
F. APPROVED (5-0) Preliminary Development Plan Amendment Application PDP1994-0001C, Rockville Center, Inc. - for reallocation of uses and densities within Rockville Center.
G. DEFERRED (5-0) Use Permit Amendment Application USA1999-0597A, Roadside Development LLC - to allow a drive through window as part of a retail drug store to be constructed in the RPC (Rockville Pike Commercial) Zone at 1580 Rockville Pike.
