A. Annexation Petition, ANX1997-0126, Lynott and Lynott - to annex 8.08 acres of land on Dover Road (the F.O. Day Property). (Note: This hearing is for an amended petition that includes a portion of the Southern Lane right-of-way.)

II. REVIEW AND ACTION

A. Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00188, King Farm Associates - resubdivision of Parcels AB, AC and Lots 42-50, and Block K at Bailey's Common.
B. Final Record Plat, PLT1999-00189, King Farm Associates - resubdivision of Parcel AA, Lots 1-41, and Block K at Bailey's Common.


III. RECOMMENDATION TO THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL

A. Use Permit Amendment, USA1989-440B, Whalen Family Trust - to request amendments for an office building at North Washington Street and Middle Lane.
B. Text Amendment, TXT1999-00178, Fallsgrove Associates - to amend part of Comprehensive Planned Development Regulations. Note: this discussion will only focus on the modification requested from the requirement for 45% of office parking to be located in a parking structure.

Maryland law and the Planning Commission's Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record) communications require all discussion, review, and consideration of the Commission's business take place only during the Commission's consideration of the item at a scheduled meeting.
