III. RECOMMENDATION TO MAYOR & COUNCIL

A. Text Amendment, TXT1999-0176, John J. Delaney - to amend section 25-647 of the Zoning Ordinance to modify height limitation from 17 to 60 feet for parking structures within a Comprehensive Planned Development (CPD), and located between 100 and 220 feet from abutting land outside the CPD boundary that is in a residential zone but not planned for residential use.

B. Text Amendment, TXT1999-0180, Fairfield Residential LLC - to amend portions of Article VII, Division 3, Section 25-326 of the Zoning Ordinance, relating to the optional method of development in the O-1 Zone.
