Variance Application, APP2000-00725, Isidro Grandados - two variances to reconstruct entry house on existing footprint at 207 Parker Road. Filed 2/14/00.

Use Permit Application, USE2000-00606, Plaza 270 Associates - proposal to construct an office building and parking garage in the I-3 zone at 1600-1650 Research Boulevard. Filed 2/23/00.

Use Permit Application, USE2000-00607, Potomac Capital Investment Corporation - develop Parcel C for office use, proposing three office buildings, parking structure and surface parking at 520 Gaither Road. Filed 3/1/00.
