NOTICE OF FEE CHANGES
As of April 3, 2000, new fee schedules will be effective in the City of
Rockville for development applications. This covers application types
from the Planning, Inspection Services and Public Works Departments.
Copies of the new fee schedules are available now. If you would like copies,
contact the Community Planning and Development Services Staff at 301-309-3200.

GROUP MEETINGS
Master Plan Focus Groups to be held on:
April 5th at 7 p.m. - Land Use, Urban Growth Areas Multi-modal Transportation
and Environment
April 15th at 9:30 a.m. - Housing, Residential Neighborhoods, Historic
Preservation,
Community Facilities, Recreation and Parks
May 3rd at 7 p.m. - Economic Development, Town Center, Community Appearance
Maryland law and
the Planning Commission's Rules of Procedure regarding ex parte (extra-record)
communications require all discussion, review, and consideration of the
Commission's business take place only during the Commission's consideration
of the item at a scheduled meeting. Telephone calls and meetings with
Commission members in advance of the meeting are not permitted. Written
communications will be directed to appropriate staff members for response
and included in briefing materials for all members of the Commission.
