Application TXT00-00183, Mayor and Council of Rockville - To amend
the Zoning Ordinance to limit the size of retail establishments in
the RPC and C-2 Zones, and to add design guidelines for retail use
proposals containing between 25,000 and 65,000 square feet of gross
floor area, and shopping centers.
